About This Blog/ About Me

Welcome to my own little piece of the internet, my own little “wonderland.”

A little about myself:

  • Graduate student in creative writing.
  • Writer.
  • Former student athlete.
  • DCP Alum: Disney College Program Spring Advantage 2016 participant.
  • Lover of coffee, books, Disney, and writing.
  • Optimist.

This blog is a place where my thoughts are free to exist in all their random glory. Through the upkeep of this blog, I’m hoping to hone my writing skills and bring a little magic to all who read my posts. Topics will vary; I’m a girl with many interests and can’t bear to write about just one thing.

Thank you for visiting a written world all my own, my own precious “wonderland.”

Wow Kaila.. Just wow! I saw your post on Instagram earlier today and I clicked your link to have saved in my ‘Safari’ to read later.. Well I read your most recent post; which left me very intrigued! I just spent the last hour reading all your posts since you started and it was so worth the time (even tho it’s 11:30 and I’m gna be tired tomorrow :)). I love that you’re doing this! I’ve always saw you as such an intriguing person. Always wanting to listen to you and really know you ‘off the court’.. You honestly are someone that everyone should look up! You are someone I look up to; Always smiling and optimistic.. Looking at everything so positively. Yet you aren’t perfect, and I like that! And I absolutely love that you are so confident in yourself. Every aspect of yourself. You’re such an amazing person Kaila!! You truly are! I’m so proud of you and watching you grow as an athlete and person and I cannot wait to see where your life takes you!! Love ya girl 🙂 looking forward to reading more of your posts!

Umm hi! This may seem weird but I was wondering… could I pleaseeee have any balloons you get? Like from Disney? They’re impossible to get anywhere else. I collect balloons (I’m weird I know, sorry!) so I would love to have them, even if they pretty much deflated. If you can’t get any could you take the monorail (when you have time) and visit the resorts and ask the front desks for the balloons leftover by guests? People ALWAYS leave them behind because they usually leave by plane. I would love to reuse them instead of just letting them go to waste 😦
    Please help,
